If you are not satisfied with the product, you can simply return it to our local store, in its original packaging and within 5 days after cancellation, and we will give you a refund voucher (not cash) for this product or replace it based on the rules below.
To make a return, follow these steps: 1. Go to our Contact Us page 2. Send us an email with your order code, your first and last name, address, phone number and email address and tell us why you would like to return the specific product. We will take care of your request as soon as possible and contact you with instructions on how to return the desired products.
Please note that when returning an order, you will be responsible for the return postage unless a problem occurs on our part. Please note that some returns may not be accepted for various reasons, including:
- If you destroy the original packaging
- If you have broken the product
- If you have damaged the product by any means, etc.
Defective product: We carry out all necessary checks before shipping the products. In this case, however, it is legitimate to return the order within 5 working days from the date of receipt. The product will first be sent to our Technical Support Department for review and to determine if the damage was not caused by misuse, and if it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced by a new or similar superior technical product.
Change of preference: The return must be made within 5 days from the date of receipt, in the sealed commercial packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
In cases where the products have been used or if the product is not in its original condition, Photiou Electronics has the right to retain up to 20% of the value of the product. No refunds will be accepted for used products such as personal care products (haircutters, hair straighteners, etc.). In addition, no refunds will be accepted for installation costs, delivery costs, labor costs and consumables of used devices.
